Introduction to the Halter Sporting Clays Course
Halter Wildlife is pleased to announce A New Sporting Clays Course Opening October 1st! A brand new 12 Station, 24 shot Sporting Clays course has been installed on the north side of the club.
Experience a variety of challenging shots over a 1mile walk in the woods. We are currently working on the schedule for the season but in the meantime, we are offering a special introductory rate of only 10 cents per target. As of now, it will be by reservation only and available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am until 2pm. We will do our best to accommodate all sporting clays reservations, but please note Sporting Clays cannot interfere with our bird hunting. We request your patience and understanding that that we are just in the beginning phases of figuring out how best to handle the schedule of this new amenity.

As always our Club members have access to our clubhouse and trap range throughout the year. Our layout was built according to the American Trap Association which guarantees the game will be the same, no matter where you shoot. Targets are released from a single house and shooters move through the five different shooting positions during the round. Whether you’re practicing for bird season, a seasoned trap shoot or even a novice, Halter has you covered.
We recommend new hunters visit the trap range in order to become more familiar with their weapons.
